Parade of Lights 2022
Downtown Odessa, Inc. and City of Odessa Parks and Recreation Department present the 2022 Parade of Lights! All Parade of Lights events will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022. The parade will begin at 6:30pm starting at 23rd street and traveling south on Andrews Highway, then taking a right turn west on 3rd street. Enjoy lunch downtown while exploring the shops and market until the parade begins. Registration for parade participants opens October 1st.
Parade of Lights Market
In conjunction with the Parade of Lights, the market will start at 2:00pm located on Texas Avenue between 3rd and 5th street. Family fun for all ages! Inflatables for the kids, and vendors of all kinds setup for shopping. Food trucks will be located at the market as well. The market will end at 10:00pm following the parade. Market vendor and food truck registration opens October 1st.
Letters to Santa
Come to the Copper Rose Building located at 415 N. Grant Avenue from 2:00pm - 5:00pm for your free pictures with Santa! Crafts will be available to write your letter to Santa, and place it in Santa's special mailbox. Mrs. Clause will be reading and leading Christmas carols, and the Grinch will be there too! After getting your free picture with Santa made, check back on our website where we will post all pictures available for download. Hurry before 5:00pm, Santa will have to get ready for his parade appearance.
