  2. Choose Language
    • Press 1 for English
    • Press 6 for Spanish
  3. Press 1 for Account Information
    • Enter Customer No.  
    • Enter Account #  (See example below)

Sample Bill

  1. Choose Payment Type / Method
    • Press 1 to pay entire balance with Visa, MasterCard or American Express
    • Press 2 to pay entire balance with personal check
  2. System will then prompt you for your credit card or check information.


It's located on the southside of City Hall. Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your utility bill account number. Payments can be made by cash, checks, credit/debit cards.


Utility bills may be set up with autopay using your bank account credit/debit cards on the due date of your bill. Using autopay will avoid the delinquent account fees. To set up autopay: Customer Portal.

In Person

Walk-up payment windows are open Monday through Friday on the first floor of City Hall from 8 am to 5 pm

Delinquent Fees

A delinquent account fee in the amount of 5% of the unpaid balance is applied to all water, sewer, and trash accounts which remain unpaid 25 days after the billing date. The ordinance calling for the delinquent account fee was passed by the City Council on November 23, 1999 and went into effect on April 1, 2000.
